When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed in the order they are received within 2-3 business days after orders is placed. All items are shipped using USPS Priority shipping. On average shipping takes 2 -3 business days depending on your location.
I need overnight shipping. Is this an option?
YES! Message us at email@example.com, during business hours (9am - 5pm) and we will walk you through this process.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may receive a store credit for future purchases. The following items are final sale, and not eligible for return.

- Shoes that appear to be worn.
- Items with any type of stain.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?

How do I track my order?
Depending on the information you gave at checkout. You will receive an email or text message when your order has been processed. Please allow 24 hours for your processed order to reflect tracking.
